All of our products are handmade and personalised at our studio using the highest quailty materials and with the most care. As a result the dispatch times are normally within 5-7 working days.  Larger orders will take longer but upon receiving your order we will contact you to confirm a delivery time.

We strive to accomodate our customers whenever possible. If you have an urgent order please contact us prior to buying online and we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible.

We want you to be thrilled with every purchase from Adorned however if that is not the case please contact us straight away. 

Please note that return of custom items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations so please take extra special care when entering lettering for personalisation as any mistakes are the responsibility of the buyer.
